I was told that 88-89 fenders wont fit on a 90-91 is this true? also what about a hood?

Im gonna buy some parts for my car tomorrow just wanna make sure they will fit. Say i get 89 fenders but i get a 91 front bumper will that work?

first question is why do you wanna rock the 88-89 front end on a 90-91?

Yes the 90-91 front bumper will bolt-up to a 88-89 fender....the major difference's in the the 88-89's and the 90-91's is the styling on the front bumper and the corners have 2 visual clips each....now Im not sure whether the 90-91 corners will fit a 88-89 fender might have to run the according corners for the fenders....but ebay is there to help you out....hope this helps.

Didnt catch the hood part....all years 88-91 are interchangeable USDM wise.

 

yeah the fenders, corner lights and front bumper are differnet on 88-89....but please look in the FAQ secion before posting cuz in the FAQ it tells you every difference between teh years
