Default Need help deciding GC rates for my EF

I have a 90 Civic for a daily driver and I'm looking to buy the GC/Koni setup using Koni SP3's. Only problem is that I am a suspension n00b and I have no idea what rates I want to use (I'm buying the GC tophats as well if it makes a difference). Like I said, the car is daily driven but if the ride is stiff I don't mind. As far as how low I want to be, I'd like to be low but I don't have to be slammed/tucking. Here's how my car sits right now:

Front (like a 2 1/2 in. gap)

Rear (4 in. gap)

Just for an example...

Im using 550lbs front and 650lbs rear for daily driving.Way too stiff, so Im chaning to 300lbs front and 250lbs rear for daily.

Well you have the exact same ride height I'm aiming for. If I use a softer spring rate will it affect ride height height at all? Like I said I'm willing to sacrifice a softer ride for better handling.

Umm, coilovers allow you to adjust ride height. I can go alot higher and alot lower with my setup.

A ride height that low + spring rates that low is going to equal a worse ride because you will be bouncing off of the bump stops and possibly destroying your shocks.
