I was jumping my car the cables started smoking and the horn started going off! Now I have a good battery and altenator but when I put my key in the ignition I have no power what so ever! I Need Help...........

 

start looking at fuses, maybe you fried one.

 

Check the main fuses in the underhood fuse panel.
