Struts
Im kinda on planing on changing my struts but kinda dont wanna cuz it cost alot but how often should u change them. im planning on lowering my Civic with the Neuspeed springs but one of my friends said i should change my struts too.

It's recommended for ANY suspension upgrade. Over time, the limited travel resulting from lowering springs will wear them out and they will blow and you will be very uncomfortable.
However, you should be OK for at least a year on a drop that doesn't go lower than 1" for the most part.
I'd recommend changing the struts out and not worrying about it in the future though.

Yeah, and if you ever decide to go back to stock height, you have OEM shocks in mint condition. Also, I think, while I will never claim to be an expert in suspension, that if you install shocks intended for lowering, that they should last for a long time. I think they should last for as long as OEM struts would on stock height.
