There's an entire thread devoted to low offset wheels and I'm pretty sure there'a few civic's in there. Honda-Tech offer's a Free feature called search, use that. It's free! WOW!

You're most likely going to need to roll the fender which will require a heat gun and a bat-VOILA.

 

i apperciate you posting the pictures

but you try to search "35mm offset" guess what you get 300 something post. it is by far easier to ask and receive
