Default H2B with gsr trans or H22 with lsd trans?

So as some of you might know i am in the process of getting stuff together to do an h22 swap in my 98 gsr. Now ive been planning on doing an h2b and usning my gsr trans, but how much better will it perform than lets say a jdm h22 with the lsd tranny? I know the gears in the gsr tranny will be somewhat shorter than the h22 but how noticable will it be? And are there any disadvantages of doing a streight H swap instead of an H2B, or vise versa? Thanks guys..

x2

plus you already have all the b series mounts, so why hack the chassis up in order to use the h trans?

You don't have to use a rod shifted trans and you have a ridiculous choice of gear ratios, LSD's, and FD swaps if you go H2B.
