I searched around but couldnt find anything about covring and/or disconnecting the inner rods on the door locking mechanism. I read about it somewhere, probably multiple places, but I cant find any info on it now. I really want this to be one of the first things I do with my CRX..

I remember some people disconect them so you cant unlock the doors from the outside, and other people use like PVC pipe or something and cover them, I think. Anyone care to share the specifics?

so you cant unlock them or so people cant BREAK INTO your crx from the outside.

look at the 4 door same year models civic, grab the rear exterior door handles. get dor actuators first so that your alarm unlocks and locks the doors for you, but rear civic same years fit and there is no key hole problem solves?

handles are cheap, couple bucks and a car lot or even ebay if you dont want to hassel going anyways, maybe 20 bucks for the pair.

 

Yea I planned on putting those handles in (with power actuators of course ) but woudl that also take care if the internal linkages so that it isnt as easy as popping a license plate in there to open my door?
