Default I know nothing about offsets, Rota Grids with 225/50/16 Dr. Rad. What offset?

As stated in the title, I have always just ran OEM wheels but I am about to buy some Grids with my Tax money, I already have the 225/50/16 MT ET Streets, wondering what offset I need on the Rota? Car is a 96 DC2, I will roll the front fenders and raise the car up slightly as I will also be running a 24.5 or 25" slick this summer with SK2 Drag Lauch Coilovers. I am currently running 205/50/15 BFG's and they clear perfectly. Any recommendations on a tire size for the back since I am running such a big tire on the front? Any help is appreciated

Also would it be better for me to run a 15" setup over the 16" setup in my application, I run the 585wheel on the street so I need all that I can get.
