Default what makes it stiff when converting, cable to hydro

Yeah i was planning to get the innovative hydraulic kit for my S80 trans. http://www.innovativemounts.co...41001
I'm going with the stage 2 kit from egay. [IMG][/IMG] http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...78720
I was wondering if this kit would cause alot of stiffness, or has any body tried this kit

Stiffness in your pants?

That clutch is garbage. If you go with XTD go with stage 3. Or spend the extra cash and get a real clutch.. Exedy or ACT...

No I do not know..

The best clutch setup I experienced was an ACT extreme pressure plate and a street disk. It was practical for daily driving. And after a day at the track still felt like it did before the track.

well they say. if you use this innovative kit. you can't use a after market pressure plate that is 15% over the stock pressure plate. this will cause it to be super super hard. Maybe I'll just use the stock pressure plate and get a act clutch disc with a 8LBS flywheel, if it fits. do you think it will work on my stock plate?

It will.. But keep in mind, if you keep smashing the clutch it will start feeling "mushy" Right now I am running a Clutch Masters Stage 1. Feels like stock and takes the abuse
