VA junkyards, any good ones?
Are they any peeps from the VA area that know of some good junkyards, especially ones that let you walk in and look around! I'm in the harrisonburg area but me a few friends are willing to take a day and travel some distance for some parts! Didn't know if there was any good hidden ones that not many people know about or what not!
Check around the va beach area. There are some pretty good one's around there, but most of the cars that run through the junkyards get stripped that day. You have to pretty much be lucky to find main parts. What are you looking for?

Is there any parts you've gotten there for example for what prices? Do they have the engines still in the cars or are they taken out? I do believe this is my next stop!

i got me the antenna for my ek for 5 bux and the rear windshield wiper asembly for 15 bux my friend got the driver side door and fender of a 95 civic ex coupe with the panel for 80 bux and there wasnt a scratch on them. and we got the the whole carpet out of an si for 10 bux. I believe that before they bring the cars out to the yard they take out the motor if its in good condition and they keep it in there wherehouse.
