Default leak down test

I have a d16z6 engine, both block and head were pieced together. i have a bad white smoke problem when i starte the engine. checked spark plug number 2 and its always wet. drive the car and seems to lag at high rpm, somewhere around 5k-5.5k to redline. did a leak down test and have a very tiny leak from the dip stick at cylinder 1, can barely hear it though. however, when i open the throttle, i hear a major air leak at cylinder 2 and 3 i believe. cylinder 4 is fine. im thinking it is a head problem, but i could be mistaken. can anyone explain how this all falls together or any suggestions would be appreciated?

with the piston at tdc and there is air coming out of the intake there may be bent valves is it normal to have a slight bit of air coming out of the fill cap because the rings do not seal 100%. get the engine warm then when its safe remove the radiator cap then perform the leak down, check for bubbles from the coolant this is an easy way to check for a headgasket problem.
