92 accord manuel shifter problems
I'm having problems with my shifter I say its the shifter cause I just changed the clutch and slave cylinder.....when the car is on I can't put the car in gear to do so I have to turn the car off and put it in the gear I want it in then turn it on...the clutch pedal is almost to the floor to drive the car the brake pedal is used as gas and brake I eaze up off the brake pedal the car moves I don't understand what's going on could it be the clutch master cylinder messing up??
I am a little confused by your description, but it does sound like a fresh bleed of the clutch is needed, making sure you move the pedal thru its full range as you bleed. This is provided everything is bolted up tight. No adjustment was made to the clutch pedal itself, correct?
Correct I didn't adjust the pedal at all. I've tried bleeding it about 3 times last week with the help of my girls lazy *** doin the pedal that's probably the problem lol.
Can somebody explain the bleeding sequence for me so I can see if I'm doin something wrong

Also close to the split line between engine block & tranny. The bleed screw is on the slave, pointing sorta upwards.
Loop some string around the clutch pedal, so you can pull it back up while pumping it. Put a hose on the bleed screw & put it in a bottle. Get a friend to pump the pedal.
1 - Pump the pedal & then hold it down.
2 - Open the bleed screw a bit, close it immediately when fluid stops flowing.
3 - Use the string to raise the pedal, it won't spring up on it's own. Control it with foot, DON'T let it snap quickly up.
Repeat 1 - 2 - 3 for a bunch of times, while watching the fluid level in the reservoir. Don't let it go empty!
When the fluid coming from the bleeder is fresh & clean, you're done</TD></TR></TABLE>
