and your friend's reasoning for changing turbos is pretty bad...that turbo will make his goal of 400whp with no trouble provided it isn't a $130 Chinese time bomb

 

Caution to anyone thinking of buying this.. it is NOT a Garrett turbo. eBay knockoff.. I'll give you $25 bucks for it
