Default front stabilizer link broke, interchangeable part?

i tried taking it off, but it was so rusted that the stud part of it, along with the nut, snapped off. this obviously can't be driven like this?

my main question is can i get one of these from an accord or something and use it? i looked up parts on slhondaparts, but they're not interchangeable, and i don't feel like waiting a week for a new one.

it's part #7 in the pic

You can drive with it disconnected no problem. It's not like you're going to be autox'ng with it like that.

Compare part numbers with any models you think might be interchangeable. If the p/n isn't the same, you know you can't use it.

You can use http://www.slhondaparts.com to cross-reference part numbers.
