Default Clutch engaging very early

My clutch all of the sudden feels like its engaging very early. As soon as I pull my foot away from the clutch it seems like the clutch is grabbing already and the engine will stall if i dont gas. After about 4-5 stops the clutch returns to normal. Then it happens again 30 mins later but returns to normal after 4-5 stops. I can feel in the clutch pedal like metal rubbing against something as I press and depress the pedal.

My clutch has 105k (stock) on it.

this may be related to your problem. either way the clutch will have to come out soon. but check the clutch fluid reservoir to make sure there's fluid.
