pretty sure the lip is OE...fits like a glove...im actually unsure on the bumpers since i have yet to test fit...doh (had em for YEARS)

seat rails and brackets are f1spec

I think I might have some of the wing on the car...it fits better on one side than the other..but its not too bad.
