I have a pair off F'd up 00 civic headlights and i want to convert the driver side one to an open ended one (like the ones you see on the track cars) and paint em black. My question is has anyone done this before? If so can someone aide me in this process. I have absolutely no use for these headlights so i thought i mine as well make something out of em.

 

be creative about it, what i would do is heat it up and take the outside lens throw away the back and use it and make tabs for it so i can mount it on but i see no point of making one unless you care about track times.
