What is the difference in the GC Sleeves for the Koni shocks vs other shocks?
What is the suggested spring rate for a 99 Civic with a b18c motor .....only street driving ...... not dumped ... but quite low

Diameter of the sleeves.
The ones designed to use with Koni shocks will fit Koni shocks without any additional parts.
The other ones are different in size(inner diameter) to hold/slide on to different brand shocks.
When I ordered my GC sleeves, I received a wrong item at first. They were designed to fit Bilstein shocks. The sleeves were too narrow to slide over Koni shocks.
I've heard the universal ones are wider allowing them to slide on but, requires a perch to hold the sleeves instead of sitting on the circlip perfectly like the ones designed to use with Koni.

The diameter, and the addition of a groove in the bottom edge to properly capture the Koni circlip.

"Quite low" is "dumped."
Spring rates depend on desired ride height and ride quality, among other factors. Will you be using the Koni 8041-Sport shocks?
