FS/FT: crashed 95 Civic CX Hatchback JDM clean!

I purchased the vehicle a little more than a year ago. Some of you may have seen it from the previous owner on honda-tech. It's a 1995 Honda Civic HB/CX with 112,XXX miles on the chassis and 43,000 on the motor. I have in hand all service documents and receipts dating as far back as 1995. The car is simply mint and everything Was flush.
Im looking for a EF preferably si, CRX(HF), swapped, stock, or shell. But show me
watchu got. I am very negotiable so lets work some **** out. holla
Car has LOJACK installed and will also come with following parts uninstalled
-Benin front 3pt strut (black)

-97 spec JDM Type-R (B18C) / tuned P28 ECU with a Mugen program
-Skunk 2 Stage 2 Cam Gears
-Spoon sparkplug wires
-Full Portflow Valvetrain
-Skunk 2 Pro-Series Intake Manifold
-Hondata Intake Manifold Gasket
-B&M Fuel Pressure Regulator / Gauge
-Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump
-AEM Short Ram Intake
-Full Arizona Race Machine Mount Kit
-Energy Suspension Vibration Mount Inserts
-All gaskets and hoses have been previously replaced along with the timing belt, water pump, and cam seals.
-Stock 97 spec ITR headers (4-2-1)
-2.5in. Omni-Power Test Pipe
-2.5in. Full Piping
-2.5in. E.S. Universal Oval Muffler
TRANNY:
-(Type-R) S80 Transmission with (sometimes small grind going into 3rd)
-Skunk 2 Short Shifter
-ClutchMasters Full-Faced Clutch (street/strip)
-ClutchMasters Lightened Flywheel
*Motor was built by Zero4Racing/DOHC Garage (R.I.P. JDM John Tanji) and tuned by Pro Street Import. Made 204.2whp and 135.4ft/lbs of trq. I have the dyno sheet. Oil is changed religiously every 2500 miles.

-Nardi Personal steering wheel

Carbon fiber is slightly oxidized but can easily be fixed to look new
