1989 honda civic si radiator fan not turning on...
my car is over heating caz of my radiator fan not turning on..wen i direct da radiator fan to my batery it works..so wat seems to be da problem???
first of all we arent in your "HOOD" or "Area code" so you can cut the fake gangsta talk! NOW!
Then if you go to your local autoparts store and get a "Mechanics Manual" for your car you should be able to figure it out.

Its called a thermal fan switch and relay check!

Has the fan been removed anytime lately?
Old harnesses can have wires crack and cause a break in the electrical system, killing your fan. Check continuity for the fan wires. Do a simple electrical run down on the fan.
