my civic's been parts for a few months. i just started to drive it two nites ago. and some times not all the time. when i'm driving my thrid brake light the spoiler one. stay on untill i hit the brake pedal which at that thime my tail light brakes lights come on and the thrid light goes off anyone know why?

 

anyone have a clue i need this fix asap.
