I have a 91 integra with a 1st gen b16 and I just can't get it passed the smog test .
Ive changed both O2 sensors and replaced the cat with new and still a gross polluter . I checked a wiring diagram and it seems their wired right so what is my problem is it my j spec ecu? My hydro carbons are still too high at idle and at 2500. Any help please.
