Default My first gen B16 wont pass smog.

I have a 91 acura integra and a 1st gen B16 swap in it. I took it to the ref and failed with gross polluter status. Since then Ive replaced both O2 sensors and the cat with new. Ive traced the wiring to the O2 sensors and they seem to be wired right . Still my hydro carbons are too high on test even after the new parts. So whats the problem is it because I'm using the j spec ecu? Any help with this would be great.

you'll have to use an obd1 ecu and get a conversion harness, since there are no usdm obd0 b-vtec ecu's

x2... get the del sol vtec emissions components and ECU, or you can look for the EM1 99 civic SI stuff but it might cost more.

If I'm gonna step up to obd1 then I'll need an obd1 distributer aswell right?

when you say harness you mean obdo to obd1 conversion harness from boomslang or company like that right? Also can I just use one of my o2 sensors that I'm running right now as they are both new?
