fan not coming on...

Default fan not coming on...

i got a 95 ls, wit JDM B16.. my fans r not coming on.. replace fan switch located at thrmo housing, and nothing. when i turn on my a/c, both fans turn on.. i replaced both fans. and the headers i got, 2 and 3 has smaal cracks in them where welded area is.. and leaks a little water.. is this normal???

1. why would you replace the fans if they worked w/ the a/c?
2. what does a cracked header have anything to do with your fans?

are you sure you replaced the temp switch and not the temp sensor?

it only shows when warm up... then nothing...

that means that its coming from a flowing source.

try hot wiring the fan to your battey, or another power supply. Then you can run a switch so you can turn it on/off w.e you want (ghetto) but its a way to see if its the fan motor that is bad or something else
