whats up im located in norcal and i wanna get my car painted and minor body work done for around 1000$ if any body knows someone lookn for work or shops that do legit paint an d body pm me or just list it please..........oh yeah i already checkd import werkz in stockon.........

$1000 is really not alot at all to do a car, especially one with body work included. Materials alone depending if its a BC/CC system or single stage can range from $400-700+ just for supplies. The last car I painted was a EG hatch using dupont Chromabase and NASSON clear, and the base, clear, primer came out to around $430 in supplies alone.

Maaco will use a singlestage paint on the lower end jobs. They do do paint jobs that are alot better (but still lower quality IMO) for more money (1-$2000ish range) which are BC/CC. There is nothing wrong with a single stage paint. Some of the deepest looking blacks are single stage.

 

alright kool thanks for the info i had originally looked at a similar place called miracle here in california my boi git his eg hatch painted urban green no body work or clear for 400 with a 3year warrentie and it was kool so i might check them out..........
