check resistance on th IAT, should be between 1k-4k
as it warm up, resistance should go down

Number 10 is the intake air temp sensor. Take it out and clean it off with brake parts cleaner if it has any cracks or bumps or any thing not normal replace it its like ten bucks at any parts house.

Nuber 14 is the idle air control valve its on the back side of your intake manifold you can try to take it off and clean it but it probobly just needs to be replaced you can prob get one at any junk yard cheep make sure you clean it befor you put it on!

Good luck!

sounds to me like you have the connectors for the two sensors switched - the EACV connector is green and has blue/yellow and black/yellow wires - the IAT connector is white and has red/yellow and green/white wires - switch the connectors around and reset ECU and codes should be gone
