Default H22 swap question

Hey, is there any extra wiring involved in swapping a h22 into a 96 accord ex with a vtec motor? also do i want a type sh motor or a regular h22

You need to read alot more before doing the swap.

Yes there is more wiring involved.

And no you do not want the SH motor.

Listen to muffin and do alot of research. Check the Accord FAQ at the top of the forum.

You also want to avoid the SH motor because of the ATTS system.

First I would say is non sh. i have a 01 prelude sh and a 01 prelude non sh and for what its worth i would go with the reg and due a lsd swap later. i did the jdm h22 swap into my 96 accord, my cars wrecked so now i have to find a new shell for it. Second you just need to look into it as far as everything else you need with the wiring, its not that bad. I paid money and got this guide.
