Default SOHC ZC ECU?

Would I be correct in thinking that a pm6 would be the ecu to use for the sohc zc?
Let me know if there are others that are better,
peace

get the pm6. the pm7 is wired for the dohc dizzy.

i don't know what the original computer is for the sohc zc, but i do know that it is rated at 120 hp when the d16 that goes with the pm6 is only rated at 100-110 hp (somewhere in that range). it shouldn't be that much of a difference though. they're practically the same motor.

but you can't run a sohc computer with a dohc motor because of the crank angle sensor not being located on the dizzy.
