Yes, that is the prop valve. most people will recommend getting the 40/40 prop vale with the rear disc conversion.

I've got a used one for $30 shipped.

yeah just make sure it says 4040 on it, sometimes people sell u **** thinkin they kno what they're talkin bout when really they cant tell the difference between their *** an a hole in the ground... i got mine for $15 from junkyard an its in perfect working condition..

kinda hard to read but u get the idea..

 

can you just get one from any civic that has rear disc? obviously, dumb question but double checking!

 

as long as its non abs
and you aren't going to find many civics with rear discs.
