valve lash clearance

valve lash clearance
ive seen many threads on this but i can't find specs for the correct valve clearance for a d16a (or even a d16z6). under my hood it says .18-.22mm intake and .23-.27 exhaust. after adjusting to these specs i still had the clicking. does anyone have different specs? or other info?

ill try it, i guess i have some tinkering to do tomo. i just hope its just my valves needing adjustment. b/c i adjusted them today and i have the same noise
