Auto Transmission Weird Noise H22A4 Engine

Auto Transmission Weird Noise H22A4 Engine
Hey I have had my 1999 Honda Prelude H22A4 Auto for about 8 months.
But the engine compartment is kind of making a washing machine sound while in idle. If i put load on the engine, Drive, Reverse, etc it goes away.
Is this a sign of bad fluid or is my transmission going out, I've heard they like to go out very easily so I just want to be prepared..
The fluid looks to be over the line on the dipstick, i tried looking for a drain plug on the tranny but can't find it can anyone snap a pic or somthing?
