jdm gsr into a 1990 crx si

Q1: where to get the obd1 conversion harness through the firewall into the cabin? where the main harness comes out is already filled and has a rubber boot on it i dont wanna mess with.

Q2: got a oem clutch cable from a 91 teg, and its seems to be to long no matter how i route it or adjust it?
