Does anyone know the grade / size of the bolts that connect the cat to the a pipe and the exhaust? (6 total bolts and nuts). I went to the dealer thinking that they would be inexpensive, but they were $14 / per. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've seen aftermarket CATs that come with grade 3 hardened bolts.

 

Just buy some cheapo hardware store bolts. You want something that will break easily if they get rusted together. Thats what we used at the stealership.

 

go to the hard ware store get some grade 8 bolts you can get some that are coated and won't rust and there not that much in price and ace hardware has them just ask the guy at the front desk. you can beat the old ones out but its a pain get a BIG hammer
