that blue plug came off your USDM high beams. USDM high beams and LOW beams used two different plugs.

Do you see that plug looking thing, under your low beam headlight? youre supposed to have connectors right there. thats where you access the high beam.. fog light.. city light.. etc. pm me if you have any more questions

What more information do you need? The blue plug is for your high beam, use it to power and ground your high beam light so that they work. It's just a plug.

The wiring I circled is the wiring harness that should contain the wires for the fog light and the high beam that lead into the plug at the end. Just open the high beam cap and figure out which wires go where, splice the blue plug off the high beam wiring and put a female spade connector on the end and plug it into that plug to get power to it.

passwordjdm sells the male portion of the plug you've still got to splice the plugs into the wiring in you engine bay. here's the link if you wanna buy them: http://passwordjdm.com/Passwor....aspx
i just used some female terminals and it worked fine tho no need for me to drop 35$ on a 2$ harness
