So my old sunroof was screwed up, tracks where bad and the stoppers where broke, so I bought a new/used sunroof and used it with my old metal roof or sunroof part because the other one was rusty. I put it back in the car and it works fine and everything but the stupid seal doesn't line up, like on the drivers side there are hairline, or alittle bigger cracks where I can see the inside of the sunroof same on the passanger side. I tried moving it around, losing the bolts and pushing it one way and tightening it and still it has gaps between the seal and metal of the roof. Anyone have any ideas? I still have to do body work so maybe I could fix it with that, I just wanna take the damn thing out and weld metal over it to fix the problem, if it will help I can try to get some pictures if they'd show up Thanks.

 

was it like that before?not sure if it will make much of a difference, being that it has holes to drain water that gets thru

But can you tell me will a 88-91 civics sunroof fit in a -91 crx? Mine just got blown away and run over by a truck.
