im a little delirious and hella tired
... we were swapping everything in throughout the night and all went fine, all sensors/cables/hoses are connected... here is what we are running and problems we are running in to:
OBD0 LS intake manifold
OBD0 LS ECU
OBD0 LS harness/injectors
OBD? B20B head
OBD? B20B block
YS1 LS tranny...
the motor will crank but it wont turn over... some coolant started leaking somewhere in the back?... and it puffs little clouds of smoke..
I heard that I should wire the thermostat... to ? what do I wire... and why? also, any other helpful input is appreciated!!
im exhausted and frustrated...

how would the thermostat make the car not start? the only issue with a thermostat is the ground on it- but thats not your problem if its cranking-
I would start by checking for spark
followed by checking for fuel
check those and come back

...it cranks, all grounds are connected, the fuel is there and the pump, plugs and resistor are good. I know the thermostat wont start the car but someone told me i have to re-wire it and i thought maybe that would affect the electrical, which could be a possible reason for the no go?
I hate wiring... and the motor is built to a T. thats why i thought what i thought... thats also why i posted on HT.
thanks for the words of advice
