93 accord sunroof problems!
yo dudes. my sunroof always used to work, and one day it stopped. Whenever i pressed one of the sunroof buttons, nothing would happen. No sound or anything. I checked the fuses and checked out the motor. I know the fuses arent blown, but im not sure if something is wrong with the motor. After like 2 weeks, the sunroof started to work again. and then after a little while it stopped working hahaha. it hasnt worked for maybe 6 months. its not completely open but it is open a little on one side allowing a lot of cool air to get in. does anyone know the problem? or does anyone know where i can get a sunroof tool to manually do it. because i dont have one. thanks a lot !!!!!!!!!!
Check your owner's manual, see if it mentions anything about a backup way to close the sunroof. Otherwise, figure out where the sunroof motor is and remove the plastic cover over it, see if there is a place to put a flathead screwdriver.
Hopefully Honda had a backup way to close the sunroof. On my now-sold '93 Volvo there was a plastic cover over the sunroof motor, you removed that and there was a place for a flathead screwdriver over the gears. Turn that, and you manually closed (or opened) the sunroof.
As far as the problem itself goes, since it completely died / came back / died, my guess would be a short somewhere.

okay thanks a lot guys! Do you think that if I took it to a honda dealership that they would be able to close it for me? because i really dont need to be worrying about this right now. its winter and i just want to be warm inside my car! hahah thanks!
Our cars automatically close the sunroof when you turn the ignition off, and since you said it made no sound or movement at all during certain times, I would think there is a problem in wiring somewhere as it was mentioned before.
If it were the case that you pressed the button and it made a noise, I would point to the motor as the problem then
