Down pipe/Exhaust to close to oil pan?
My new down pipe curves from my turbo, then goes underneath to my oil pan . Basically touching/stuck to the flat side of the oil pan.
My Question is: how will this effect me if i keep it this way on the autocross tracks and for a daily driven car?
Will it make my oil too hot for my motor or would it be fine?

touching the pan is bad. especially cuz if u bottom out its gonna push yur downpiped into yur pan, denting maybe even cracking it.
Maybe I should wrap it up with exhaust wraps, would that help?
wrapping it would be easier than cutting it up and re-welding it.
but i'm not sure how well the wraps would work if it still touches the oil pan after wraping it.
I'm guessing it won't be as hot as the stainless steel down pipe itself touching the oil pan.

Sorry its way to cold here in MN. I didn't have time to take any pics.
But I'm pretty sure its not that hard to picture it if you have an integra motor.
It curves from the front block of the motor to the ac comppressor side and down under my oil pan, the part after my O2 sensor plugs inn is touching my oil pan.
