theres one on the header and wheres the other one?

if you have a 1996 or newer prelude its in the catalytic converter.

also, what kind of o2 sensor comes stock with 5th gen? wideband or narrowband?

You don't wanna take out an o2 to stick the wideband in there you should weld the bung (they should have sent one with the wideband if you did aem) onto another location on the header, your ecu will throw a cel inless your running an aftermarket ecu setup.

with a wide band you wont get the open close bounce would you?
