I have a 95 accord wagon. I have control arms from a 96 4 door accord. will they fit??

thank u. hey maybe u know my friend he have a 95 accord lx and he haves work done to the motor and he try to chip out his ecu and it does not work no more but he wants to now can he use a 93 ex ecu cuz he haves one. will the car run good? so help plz.
