i know the si is better but i want to make my car amazing on gass cant find a hf tranny and my si needs to be re taped due to stage 3 clutch pounding lol
if you drive on the freeway alot dont get the zc tranny. I drive on the freeway almost everday and let me tell you going with the flow of traffic at like 75-80mph and your car is at almost4krpms its pretty damn annoying. and a killer on gas mileage

also id like to know if the si tranny case is the same as the zc because my si case has all striped rear mount screws
why would you put the zc final drive in. there almost the same thing. Im telling you though man. that zc final drive is a pain if you drive over 55 a lot.

well a zc finel drive is the same as a dx so if u put a zc finel drive in a si u get a dx tranny lol and if u put a si finel drive in a zc u get a crazy low end lol aka gas ****
I had both the Si and the ZC transmission. I can say that the 5 gear on the Si is longer than the one in the ZC but all the other gears are slightly shorter in the Si. Either way you'll have the same gas mileage
