motor pwned or no?
So im driving on my way back from stockton on my 94 gsr and as i merg on to the free way my car just shuts off. I wasn't even gunning it the whole day at all. I hardly gun it but for some reason my car just shuts off. I go outside and check it out and the distributer isn't working and my timing belt broke. And from there we dont know what else is wrong but is there a high possibility i GG'd the motor and bent valves.... pistons.. and broke my head gasket? any info would be great thanks.
what are you asking? are you just looking for hope that your motor isnt funked?
as you apparently know: a broken timing belt means you just crapped yourself. there is a chance you didnt do any dammage, but you wont know that till you do a leakdown test.

Yes leakdown and compression test that motor. Also take a wratchet (forgot spelling) and the right size top piece, and check if you have compression by turning the crank manually at least then ull know right away if ur totally expletiveed
Same thing happened to me late night crusing like at 60 mph my sk2 cam gears broke and snaped my timing belt! i thought it was a bad starter but i bent all 8 exaughst valves ONLY!! i guess i was lucky! my pistons were undamaged but i bent my buddy club valves so i replaced them with my oem valves they had low miles on them still! but i had to go back to churches for a new dyno tune!
