Default LS Tranny on GSR, axles dont turn

Integra forum you guys gotta help me here

I grabbed a 90-93 LS tranny at the yard.

I put it on my 97 JDM GSR Engine

The axles dont turn. I used the same int shaft, axles, clutch and pressure plate that were on my engine already, when it had a J1 tranny on it

If anyone can help me understand what the problem is here Id be very appreciative

your axles may not be in all the way, there is a round clip at the end and they need to be pushed in all the way.. you will feel it snap into place once it goes all the way in... try this first then go from there.

Im sorry I forgot to mention that I double checked that.
Im experienced in engine work, I've replaced and swapped alot of engines in my day, so I know when the axles are in ya know? and they're definitely in.

But I was told that older and newer B series engines/trannys have different input shafts on them, and that due to that my clutch I have might not work on it? Anybody know anything about that? I tried searching but couldnt find anything....

Thanks for your help CGP

90-91 input shafts are smaller in diameter so a 92-93 clutch disc won't work and a 92-93 trans on a 90-91 clutch disc will fil really loose
also when in gear check to see if you can even hear the trans spinning

I figured out my problem, the transmission had a bad differential.
