i have a 91 eagle talon tsi fwd. it has a starting issue no spark. its been sitting for a while. replaced Cam angle sensor, coil pack, MFI relay, power transistor. the turbo has no shaft play its getting fuel and compression all the way across is good new timing belt waterpump. theres only 2 things i can think of that is left. either the ecu or a grounding problem. by shell i mean a rolling shell no motor or tans is fine but all body panels would be nice
