It's for a 4th gen and is for sale on ebay, anyone know what it is?

 

I'm almost positive that that is the Hiro Front Lip.

yikes, i gave it too much credit, the Hiro is way uglier than i thought. The lip up top does kind of remind me of the "Type M" or "Mugen" lip for an accord. Maybe it's a Prelude equivilant?

the ebay one is a nice looking lip. similar to a spoon lip i think, though i don't know much about 4th gen lips.

the accord lip looks like the 5th gen's p1 lip found on ebay.

 

The first lip is a hiro front lip...there's 2 different model
