need help???

ok i have an 96 ek and was wondering if someone can help me my dash lights and head lights dim off and on they dim when im at a low idle and get brighter when im at a high idle ... so if some one can help me out

altenator is my first guess.... check to see if the belt is loose, worn, any deformities, etc etc....

Alternator?

Pop it out if you have the time, and take it to Autozone or Pep Boys, they'll do free tests to check its condition before you buy a new one.

brand new alternator , belts on tight ,and brand new battery and still lights dim low when at idle and brght when at high rpms

already went through all the grounds they were good....but belts kinda worn so im gonna replace it see what happens if the belt doesnt change things any other suggestions of what it copuld be....
