i just finished fixing my air temp sensor it was throwing a check engine light and bam replaced it no more check engine but now after driving for about 15 min when i get to a light my idle goes up to 2000rpms i tap the gas it goes back down to like 700rpms.. but like a min after it comes right back?? IACV???!!? i dunno but it annoying the **** out of me ne guesses?

 

Yea, sounds like the iacv sensor. Try taking it off and cleaning it with brake cleaner

how exactly do you clean it? i wanna clean mine too....just so i konw its clean. lol

 

well you take it off and it will most likely look filthy. Buy a can of brake cleaner spray and spray inside of it, shake it around a little bit lol. Keep spraying until the brake cleaner comes out clear
