I have purchased from tirerack.com twice and have not had any issue. Tires arrived in 3 days in perfect condition.

tirerack.com sometimes they offer free shipping but i see that once every few months but they are fast 3 days and you get your tires

Goes for me too, I ordered when they were having a $50 off a set, got to me with no problems and the customer service was pretty helpful in setting up my order when I needed to cancel and change tire sizes.

 

just ordered from tirerack about 2 months ago and the tires arrived much faster than expected

 

Discount Tire Direct has good sales every now and then. I bought a set of four tires, four rims, mounted and balanced with free shipping for a total of $392.

The special was $100 each purchased set of four tires or rims. Mounting and balancing was free. Shipping was free.

Two of the wheels weren't balanced properly and both were .25oz out tho. Good thing I checked the balance before putting them on.

Ditto on tirerack and discounttire.

My friend bought his tires at America's Tire and got an employee discount for working at Intel. Another friend got a discount for being a BMW car club member. Even if it's just 10-15% off, that's quite a bit of money.
