new to hondas.. baby to Suspension
ok i have a 94 del sol.. factory ride height.. still stock.. im building a boosted ITR motor for it tho.. but i dont want to just have factory Suspension as it has alot to do with power from wheels to the ground. i was looking at the Tokunio whites (sp?) fully adjustable shocks and coilovers.. but i dont know to much about this field. maybe one of you could provide me with some info.. and some sites to buy Suspension online.. and what is good to buy and what to stay away from? thanks!!
I run tokico illuminas(whites) with ground control coilover sleeves on my integra. I strongly recommend this set up because it isnt too expensive and the car handles like its on rails. My springs rates are 450 in front and 380 in rear. You can custom order spring rates from ground control.
I bought my tokico illuminas from a seller on ebay for $375 shipped.
I advise to stick with name brand suspension parts and not go with generic off brand stuff. Also, dont cut your stock springs or use lowering springs on your stock shocks as this will make your car very bouncy.
Hope this helps.
