painted my engine bay and car wont start. it cranks has fuel, sparks, main relay turns on fuel pump primes all fuses are good. the last thing i can think of is the timing being off. the reason i say this is b.c the cam gears look like they are at diff positions. wen i put it to tdc on numb 1 the arrows show one straight up and another looks like its 3 teeth off? i dono i replaced the plugs, cap, and everything has full charge wen i hook up the meter to it? any input appreciated

 

did you do anything for your belt to jump 3 teeth? did you mess with ur dizzy at all? it could be 180 switched...

??? what is that supposed to mean, that offers no technical support what-so-ever

 

Did u disconnect the spark plug wires from the distributor or take the distributor off?

 

let us know the car make and motor and etc would be a nice place to start.
